In 2021, ISO 37301 Compliance Management System (CMS) has been published. These standard assists organizations in determining appropriate steps to comply with any applicable regulations. For example, for organizations/companies in Indonesia that have more than 100 workers or have a high hazard potential, they must implement an OHS management system both applicable in Indonesia and internationally.

The management system standard issued by ISO as of 2015, overall states that the organization/company must have a risk assessment program. For companies, the dominant risk often overrides the inability to comply with all applicable regulations.
