Nowadays, as a guarantee that products and services can be accepted by the market, namely by ensuring that their quality has been tested and recognized. Based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard with its High-level Structure, it has provided guidelines in the preparation and implementation of a quality management system.
Actually, compiling a management system is very simple, namely recording all activities, carrying out what has been recorded. With such a principle, there is a leveling in the preparation of documents. The requirements stated in ISO 9001: 2015 also mention the availability of documented information to support implementation.
In the latest version of ISO 2015 until now, there is a structure of requirements (10 clauses) in compiling a management system as listed below. This structure applies to all management system guidelines for quality (ISO 9001), safety & health (ISO 45001), activities during a pandemic (ISO 45005), environmental protection (ISO 14001), risk management (ISO 31000), and others.
The highest level structure is a general requirement, while for some high management system guidelines/ standards there are adjustments. For example, in ISO 45001: 2018 clause 5 – Leadership is added with Worker Participation.
